Convo Drawer

Convo Drawer is a Chrome extension that organizes your AI chat conversations into folders, so you can find past chats quickly. It works right inside the chat sidebar and stores your folders locally in your browser.

Pro purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Pro is currently available to customers in the United States only. Prices are in US dollars.

Privacy Policy

Convo Drawer ("the extension") is published by Lantern Toolworks ("we"). It is built so that your data stays on your computer.

What the extension stores, and where

• Folder names and structure, plus the IDs and titles of the ChatGPT conversations you file into folders.
• This is stored only in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
• If you buy Pro, your license key is stored in chrome.storage.sync so it follows your Chrome profile. If you use Chrome Sync, Google syncs it under Google's privacy policy. The key is checked offline inside the extension. Activating it makes no network call.

Conversation content

• The extension runs only on https://chatgpt.com/*. It reads the chat titles and links in the ChatGPT sidebar so you can file them into folders.
• When you choose to export, the extension asks chatgpt.com for that conversation from inside your browser, using the ChatGPT session you're already logged into. It then builds the Markdown, JSON, or ZIP file on your computer and saves it there. Conversation content is not stored by the extension and is never sent to us.
• Your ChatGPT session token is only used inside that request to chatgpt.com. It is never stored or sent anywhere else.

Payments (Pro)

• Pro is a one-time $19 purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted page, and Stripe's privacy policy applies to the email and card details you enter there. We never see your card number.
• After payment, a small license service we run on Cloudflare Workers creates your license key. It stores only the Stripe checkout session ID, the license key, and the time it was issued. It does not store your email, your name, or any chat or folder data.
• To prevent abuse, the key-recovery page keeps short-lived rate-limit counters keyed by a one-way hash of your IP address or email. They're deleted automatically within two hours. Request logging is turned off.
• If you recover a key by email, the service asks Stripe whether a paid purchase matches that email and the receipt number you enter. It doesn't store the email.
• In Stripe, we (Lantern Toolworks) can see the purchase records Stripe keeps: email, amount, date, and country. We use them only for receipts, refunds, support, and tax records.

What we do NOT do

No chat data or folder data ever leaves your browser. No analytics, tracking, ads, or remote code. We don't sell or share data, and we don't use it for anything beyond the extension's single purpose of organizing and exporting your ChatGPT conversations. Our use of data follows the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your control

• Delete folders at any time inside the extension.
• Uninstalling the extension deletes all of its local data. Export a backup first if you want to keep your folders.

Children

The extension is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and publish the new version at this page.

Refund Policy

If you're not happy with Convo Drawer Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email quantumworkcorps@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt number or the email you used at checkout. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Terms of Service

• Convo Drawer is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Lantern Toolworks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
• A Pro purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable lifetime license to use Pro features. Please don't share or resell license keys.
• Pro is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key; no physical goods are shipped. Sales are currently limited to customers in the United States.
• Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy above.
